About me
I have over 12 years' experience working in dentistry, having graduated from The University of Sheffield in 2010. I started my dental training year after graduation at Shard End Dental Practice in Birmingham, under Dr Vijay Sudra. A year later, I moved on to his newly owned surgery, New Coventry Road Dental Practice, working single-handedly to this day. Prior to this my initial degree (2002-2005) was in Biomedical Materials Science at the University of Nottingham.
Having worked as the only clinician in a busy practice gave me the opportunity to boost my experience vastly. The majority of my work has been NHS dentistry, but over the years I have gained the following post-graduate qualifications:
● Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties, Royal College of Surgeons of England
● Certificate in Restorative Dentistry and Implant Dentistry at the Renowned Tipton Training facility
● Orthodontic training - provider of Inman Aligner, Six Months Smiles and Invisalign
● Facial Aesthetics - completed training in basic dermal and lip fillers with the renowned Dr Harry Singh. Currently undertaking a 1-year luminary programme with them to provide advanced filler treatments.
On the weekend, I work at a local beauty salon providing facial aesthetics treatments.
